HST now implemented:
As
of July 1, 2010, Ontario harmonized its retail sales tax with the GST
to implement the HST at the rate of 13%. The sale of books has in the
past only been subject to GST (5%). Once the new HST is implemented,
books will still ONLY be taxed the federal portion (5%), but the tax
will now be called HST. If you have any questions as to how this will
